National Engineering Laboratory for Advanced Technology and Equipment of Atmospheric Environmental Pollution Monitoring (Building Unit)
2018-08-29
The National Engineering Laboratory for Advanced Technology and Equipment of Atmospheric Environmental Pollution Monitoring was established by the National Development and Reform Commission. The Hefei Institute of Material Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the legal entity of the project. It is jointly set up with Peking University, China Academy of Environmental Sciences, China Environmental Monitoring Center, and Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Atmospheric Physics and other institutions in the field of environmental monitoring, which is focus on building a world-class radiation monitoring base for high-tech environmental monitoring equipment and promote the rapid development of China's high-end atmospheric environment monitoring technology and instrument industry. The laboratory will focus on China's atmospheric environment monitoring and environmental protection industry upgrading and development needs, to improve the stability and reliability for the domestically produced instruments and equipment, and to enhance the core competitiveness of China's atmospheric environmental monitoring technology, to carry out ground-based, on-board (ship-borne), machine Research and development of multi-platform atmospheric environment monitoring equipment such as carrier and space borne, breaking through the core technologies of atmospheric fine particulate matter, gaseous pollutants, volatile organic compounds, heavy metals and other pollutants monitoring, forming a common technology research and development, test and engineering and industrialization development capabilities.
